Mrs A’s Hot Chicken Salad
I make this for a family of seven and it feeds us two nights. You can make it smaller 🙂
I cook up 10 chicken breasts. Then chop.
Cook one package of egg noodles and drain. Â I mix the two and add 1 cup of chopped celery, 2 cups frozen corn and seasonings. I mix them altogether and mayo to coat through . Place in baking dish and cover with shredded cheese and crushed potato chips. Cook for about 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven or til heated through.
Mrs A’s Chili
Cook up 3 pounds of hamburger with chili spices. I also saute up with the meat, 1 red onion, chopped and garlic, crushed. Drain. Add to a crock pot with 3 cans of tomato paste and 2 cans of tomato sauce. I add several chopped tomatoes and 3 cans of kidney beans, drained. keep checking on spices and add water til it has a consistency that you desire Â Best if you start this in the morning and let simmer all day.
